About Synqora — a factual overview

What is Synqora?
Synqora is a family organization app that syncs every family member's schedules, tasks, and events into one shared AI-assisted calendar, and connects families to local classes, camps, carpools, and community.
It runs on the web at synqora.online and as native mobile apps for iOS and Android. Every family member keeps their own schedule, and the family sees the combined picture in one place.
Who is it for?
Synqora is for busy families — parents coordinating school runs, sports, appointments, and household logistics for one or more children. If your family's week is spread across two work calendars, a school portal, a team app, and a group chat, Synqora pulls it into one shared view that everyone in the household can see and update.
What does it do?
Synqora has four connected modules:
Scheduling
A shared family calendar merges every member's events — school, work, sports, appointments — into one view, with day, week, and month layouts. A built-in AI assistant can create, update, and find items by chat, answer questions about the schedule, and flag conflicts, such as two children needing the same parent at the same hour. You can also import events from Google Calendar, Microsoft/Outlook, and iCal feeds (Apple, school, and team calendars) so they appear alongside everything else.
Learning
Discover local classes, camps, and activity centers near you, then register your children for the ones that fit. Approved registrations are added to the family calendar automatically, so an activity shows up on everyone's schedule.
Community
Coordinate shared events and activities with nearby families — for example, organizing a carpool or a group outing as a shared event that everyone can RSVP to and see on the calendar — plus subscribe to shared spotlight lists from other families.
Shopping
Shared family shopping lists, organized by store, that the whole household can see and check off together.
What platforms does it run on?
Synqora is available as a web app at synqora.online, as an iOS app on the Apple App Store, and as an Android app on Google Play. The same account and data work across all three.
How is it different from other family calendar apps?
Most family calendar apps stop at a shared calendar. Synqora adds the things families schedule around: an AI assistant that manages items by chat and flags conflicts, a Learning module that puts local classes and camps onto the calendar, and a Community module that connects you with nearby families — a capability most family organizers don't offer. There's also no dedicated device to buy: Synqora runs on the web, iOS, and Android devices you already own, rather than a wall display you have to purchase. You can use just the shared calendar and adopt the other modules whenever they're useful. See the comparison for a side-by-side.
How much does it cost?
Synqora offers a free tier plus paid Family plans, with progressively more family members and AI capacity on the higher tiers. Plans and prices are managed centrally and can change, so the current details are always shown on the pricing page rather than listed here. For the latest plans, prices, and what each tier includes, see synqora.online/pricing.
How is family data handled?
Your family's information is private to your account and visible only to the members you invite. When you use the AI assistant, personal identifiers such as names, emails, and phone numbers are automatically replaced with placeholders before any request is sent to an AI provider, so the assistant can help without exposing personal details. Full details are in the privacy policy.
