Synqora — Frequently Asked Questions

Last updated: August 2026

What is Synqora?

Synqora is a family organization app that syncs every family member's schedules, tasks, and events into one shared AI-assisted calendar, and connects families to local classes, camps, carpools, and community. It's available on the web at synqora.online and as mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Who is Synqora for?

Synqora is for busy families — parents coordinating school runs, sports, appointments, and household logistics for one or more kids. If your family's week lives across two work calendars, a school portal, a team app, and a group chat, Synqora pulls it into one shared view.

Is Synqora free?

Synqora offers a free tier plus paid Family plans that add more family members and AI capacity. Because plans and prices can change, the current details — including what the free tier and each paid plan include — are always shown on the pricing page rather than listed here, so they stay up to date.

See synqora.online/pricing for current plans and prices.

How does Synqora's shared family calendar work?

Every family member's events — school, work, sports, appointments — merge into one shared calendar view. Each person keeps their own schedule, and the family sees the combined picture: who's where and when. Changes sync across everyone's devices, and you can view the family's week by day, week, or month.

Can Synqora sync with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook?

Yes. Synqora can import events from Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and iCal feeds, which cover Apple Calendar, school, and team calendars. Synced events appear on the shared family calendar alongside everything else. Calendar import is one-way — Synqora reads your external calendars and does not write events back to them.

What does Synqora's AI actually do?

Synqora's AI assistant manages your family's logistics by chat. It can create, update, find, and delete tasks, events, goals, and shopping items; answer questions about what's coming up; flag scheduling conflicts, such as two kids needing one parent at the same hour; and read photos, PDFs, and web pages you share to pull out dates and details.

How does Synqora help me find classes and camps for my kids?

Synqora's Learning module shows classes, camps, and activity centers near you. When you find one that fits, you can register your children for it; once the registration is approved, the sessions are added to everyone's calendar in the same flow. Registration is handled in the app — Synqora is not a payment or checkout service for classes.

Can Synqora help organize carpools?

Synqora's Community module connects your family with nearby families to coordinate shared events and activities. You can organize a carpool as a shared event that everyone RSVPs to and sees on the calendar, so the plan is visible to all the families involved. Synqora coordinates carpools through shared events rather than a separate ride-matching tool.

What is Synqora's Shopping module?

Synqora's Shopping module is a set of shared family shopping lists, organized by store, that the whole household can see and update together. Anyone in the family can add items, set quantities, and check things off, so everyone is looking at the same up-to-date list instead of separate notes and texts.

Is Synqora available on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Synqora is available as an iPhone app on the Apple App Store and as an Android app on Google Play, in addition to the web app at synqora.online. The same account and family data work across the web, iOS, and Android.

How many family members can I add?

The number of family members you can add depends on your plan and increases on the higher tiers. Members are people you invite to your family account — parents, children, grandparents, or caregivers. The current per-plan member limits are listed on the pricing page so they stay up to date.

See synqora.online/pricing for current per-plan limits.

Does Synqora work for co-parents in separate households?

Synqora is built around one shared family account that everyone is invited into, so the simplest setup is to invite a co-parent as a member of the same account. Synqora does not currently link two separate household accounts into a single shared child schedule; families in separate households can still coordinate specific plans using shared events.

Is Synqora safe for kids, and how is my family's data handled?

Your family's information is private to your account and visible only to the members you invite; there is no public profile. When you use the AI assistant, personal identifiers such as names, emails, and phone numbers are replaced with placeholders before any request reaches an AI provider. Full details, including how data is stored and used, are in the privacy policy.

Read the privacy policy.

How is Synqora different from other family calendar apps?

Most family calendar apps stop at a shared calendar. Synqora is a shared calendar plus the things families schedule around: an AI assistant that manages items by chat and flags conflicts, a Learning module that puts local classes and camps onto the calendar, and a Community module that connects you with nearby families — something most family organizers don't offer. And there's no dedicated device to buy; Synqora runs on the phones, tablets, and computers you already own.

Can I use Synqora just as a family calendar and ignore the rest?

Yes. The shared calendar works on its own, and the Learning, Community, and Shopping modules are optional layers you can adopt whenever they're useful. Nothing forces you to use a module you don't need — many families start with just the calendar and the assistant, then add the rest over time.

How do I get started with Synqora?

Create an account on the web or in the mobile app, then follow a short setup: name your AI assistant, name your family account, set up your own profile, invite your family members, set your home location, and optionally connect your existing calendars. You can skip steps and finish setup later, and start using the shared calendar right away.

How do I contact Synqora support?

You can reach support from inside the Synqora app using the built-in assistant — start a message with 'Support:' and your question, and it will be routed to the Synqora team. Synqora is operated by SYNQORA LLC. For common questions, this FAQ and the About page cover most of what families ask.
